Broccoli Hash Brown Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded hash browns (found in dairy section of store)
    1 1/2 c. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
    4 eggs, beaten with 1 cup sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 c. shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese or 3 cheese of your choice
Preparation
    Press hash browns into a greased 9-inch glass pie plate. Add egg and sour cream mixture; add broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
