Key Lime Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. Key lime pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. water
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites, beaten until stiff with 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix pie filling with 1/2 cup sugar.
Gradually add water; stir in egg yolks.
Cook over medium-high heat, stirring until mixture comes to a boil.
Blend beaten egg white mixture into pudding. Pour into cooled baked pie crust.
Chill several hours before serving.
