Peach Frozen Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 1/2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. frozen sliced peaches, pureed
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over milk in a saucepan; let stand 1 minute. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat, add sugar and salt, stirring until dissolved. Stir in yogurt, vanilla and peaches.
    Cover and chill.
    Pour yogurt mixture into ice cream freezer and freeze.
