Indian Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green tomatoes
    6 red peppers
    6 green peppers
    4 large onions
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind tomatoes, peppers and onions; drain.
    Mix all ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Cook for 25 minutes.
    Pour into hot pint jars; seal.
    Yields 6 to 7 pints.
