Meat Loaf(Crockery Cooking) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices day old white bread
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    2 lightly beaten eggs
    1/4 c. dried onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. dried green pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. lean pork, ground
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Break bread into small pieces; soak in milk.
    Pour into crock-pot with rest of ingredients.
    Combine and knead until thoroughly mixed.
    Shape into round loaf and cook on high 1 hour; drain off fat.
    Turn heat to low and cook 5 or 6 hours more.
    Turn off heat.
    Let cool at least 20 minutes before serving.
    Serve with tomato sauce or gravy.
