Mixed Vegetable Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cauliflower florets
    2 c. broccoli florets and thinly sliced stems
    3/4 c. red bell pepper, chunked
    1/2 c. low sodium chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. minced red onion
    1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. nonfat milk
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. honey
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in boiling water for 3 minutes.
    Add broccoli and red pepper, cooking 30 seconds longer.
    Drain.
    In large nonstick skillet, cook onion in margarine until soft.
    Add flour; cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
    Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, whisking, 2 to 3 minutes, until sauce boils and thickens.
    Pour over vegetables.
