Blanche'S Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large firm green peppers
    4 c. softened bread, squeezed dry
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 large onion, diced
    1 small bottle stuffed olives
    2 medium washed tomatoes
    2 small beaten eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    touch of garlic
    olive oil
Preparation
    Cut off tops of peppers and save. Cut peppers in two, lengthwise. Wash and boil in salted water until a little soft. Carefully remove and set in rows in pan.
    Let set until stuffing is made.
