Cranberry Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 gingersnap cookies
1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
2 McIntosh apples, peeled, cored and quartered
1 c. fresh cranberries
5 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. granulated sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place gingersnaps and margarine in food processor.
Blend until finely ground.
Press mixture onto bottom and up side of 8-inch pie plate.
Bake 5 to 8 minutes.
Cool.
