Lebanese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast
    5 lb. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    6 c. lukewarm water (about)
    1 c. buckwheat or yellow cornmeal flour
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water.
    Put 5 pounds flour, salt and oil in large pan.
    Add dissolved yeast and lukewarm water.
    Mix well and knead, turning over many times until smooth.
    Cover with dry cloth and set in warm place about 1 1/2 to 2 hours until dough rises.
    Cut in sections the size of an orange and roll between cupped hands.
    Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
