Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small hen
    1 1/2 bottles ketchup
    2 pt. lima beans
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. onions
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 lb. potatoes
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    2 qt. tomatoes
    2 cans cream-style corn
    4 tsp. Tabasco
    2 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil hen.
    Brown the beef.
    Grind chicken, beef, onions and potatoes.
    Cook until tender.
    Add lima beans and corn (grind limas, if desired).
    Cook for 3 to 4 hours.
    Simmer on low, stirring often so as not to stick.
    Yields 5 to 6 quarts.
