Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. beef, cubed
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Dust meat in flour, salt and pepper mixture.
Brown meat quickly in oil. Add all remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
Simmer until meat is tender. Stir sour cream into meat mixture.
Heat until bubbly. Serve over rice.
