Mrs. Dash Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can Contadina stewed tomatoes with onions, celery and green peppers
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, undrained
    2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
    1 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
    1 tsp. cumin
    grated cheese (optional)
    chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients.
    Simmer over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Garnish with grated cheese and onions if desired.
    Serves 4.
