Ingredients

6 Tbsp. oleo
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped dates
3 c. Rice Krispies
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
coconut to roll
Preparation

Melt oleo in heavy skillet over low heat.
Beat eggs.
Add sugar; mix well.
Add the dates.
Add the mixture to oleo and cook, stirring until mixture leaves sides of skillet.
Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies, vanilla and nuts.
Makes into patties and roll in coconut.
