Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. squash
    2 c. onions
    2 large bell peppers
    large jar pimentos
    1/2 c. salt
    water
    2 c. vinegar
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Prepare vegetables in food processor.
    Soak in salt and water enough to cover ingredients for 2 hours.
    Drain, wash and drain again.
    In large saucepan boil vinegar, sugar, turmeric, mustard seed and celery seed.
    Add ingredients and boil 5 to 7 minutes. Fill hot jars and seal.
