Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely diced celery
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 lb. lump crabmeat, picked over for shell
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 6-cup casserole dish. In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
    Whisk in the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Be careful not
    to brown
    the flour.\tRemove from heat.
    Slowly whisk in the\tcream and milk.
    Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, celery, onion and pimento.\tAdd 1/2 cup of the cheese and crabmeat,
    mix
    well.
    Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole
    and
    top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.\tBake until the cheese
    is
    lightly browned (about 20 minutes).
    Serve at once.
