Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. melted butter
    grated Parmesan cheese
    croutons or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine zucchini and onion.
    Saute in pan 5 minutes.
    Drain. Combine soup, sour cream and carrots in bowl.
    Set aside.
    Brown ground beef.
    Spray Pam in casserole dish.
    Layer ingredients: croutons mixed with butter, zucchini and onion mixture, beef and soup mixture and top with rest of croutons.
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
