Low Calorie Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. rice
    1 head broccoli
    pepper and basil to taste
Preparation
    Mix uncooked rice with chicken broth, pepper and basil.
    Chop broccoli and place on rice.
    Lay chicken on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
