Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 to 1 1/4 lb.) flank steaks
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Prick both sides of steaks with fork and place in large shallow dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steaks.
    Cover; marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
    (Can marinate for 4 to 6 hours and will taste just as good.)
    Remove steaks from marinade.
    Grill over hot coals 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
    Slice steaks across grain into thin slices.
    Good served with a rice casserole.
    Serves 6 to 8.
