Taco Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper
    cheese
    tomatoes
    lettuce
    taco shells
Preparation
    Brown meat. Add onion, tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper, increasing chili powder if needed. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Grate cheese, chop tomatoes and lettuce. Fill taco shells with meat and toppings as desired.
