Chili Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. or more ground beef
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 medium green pepper, diced
16 oz. can tomatoes
15 oz. can kidney beans, drained
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. cooked macaroni (1 1/3 c. raw)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large skillet, saute beef until brown. Add onion and green pepper.
Cook until tender, then drain.
Stir in tomatoes, beans and seasonings and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in cooked macaroni.
