Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon, drained, boned and skinned
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix well and roll into two logs.
    Roll again on crushed pecans and dried parsley.
    Place in Saran Wrap or foil.
    Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
    May be frozen; eat with crackers.
