Roman Holiday - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    3 or 4 medium sized onions
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. macaroni
    1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    garlic to taste (3 or 4 pods)
    Mexene chili powder
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Put onions and garlic with meat; cook until done.
    When meat is nearly done, add about 2 tablespoons flour.
    Add tomato sauce, diluted (half and half).
    Add pepper seasonings, etc.
    Parboil macaroni until done.
    Put a layer of macaroni in pan; put meat on top of this.
    Slice cheese and put on top of meat.
    Then add more macaroni, layer of meat, then more cheese.
    Add sauce as needed. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
