Irish Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 deep dish pie crusts
3 cups cooked and mashed potatoes
2 cups sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
6 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
Milk, enough to top out blender
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender.
Top off with milk.
Blend. Pour into pie shells.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until completely set.
