Chicken Salad Gaynell'S Way - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sweet relish
    1/2 c. dill relish
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. mustard or to taste
Preparation
    Season and cook chicken until tender; cool thoroughly.
    Remove bones and chop meat.
    Combine chicken, celery, sweet and dill relishes and chopped eggs in a large bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Serve on lettuce, if desired.
    Yields 8 servings.
