Aunt Bea'S Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 medium red potatoes (yes, it does make a difference about red)
    16 oz. sour cream
    3 c. Miracle Whip (only)
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Dice potatoes slightly larger than normal size used.
    Mix together all ingredients, except eggs.
    Pour 1/2 the ingredients into bowl and layer 1/2 the boiled eggs.
    Add remainder of mixture and top with remainder of eggs.
    Cover and chill thoroughly, preferably overnight.
