Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
2 c. Minute rice, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. heavy cream or evaporated milk
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in oleo.
Add to rice.
Mix soup and milk and add to rice mixture.
Add mixture to the broccoli.
Pour into baking dish.
Cover with grated cheese and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
