Grandma'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut together flour and shortening.
    Add salt and sugar.
    Break egg in measuring cup; add enough water to make 1/2 cup of liquid. Mix egg with flour mixture.
    Roll out on floured covered board. Makes enough for 1 double crust and 1 single crust pie.
