Italian Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper
1 large (12 oz.) bag Mozzarella cheese
1 box jumbo shells
1 large (12 oz.) can Hunt's whole tomatoes
1 large can Hunt's tomato sauce
1 large small curd cottage cheese
1 large Ricotta cheese
1 egg
5 green onions
Preparation

Cook shells and rinse with water.
Mix cottage cheese, Ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, chopped onions and egg.
Fill shells with cheese mixture.
Place on top of hamburger mixture in a glass pan. Mix tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Pour evenly over top of shells. Then sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top.
Bake at 450\u00b0 about 1 hour.
