Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 c. sliced onions
3 sliced carrots
1 c. tomatoes (canned)
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix flour, mustard and salt.
Pound into steak on both sides. Brown meat, then cover with onions, carrots and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with sauce, brown sugar and more seasoning, if desired.
Cover pan and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
This recipe works well in a crock-pot also.
