Easy Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 loaf thin-sliced sandwich bread (crusts removed)

Preparation

Cream egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese.
Set aside. Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Set aside.
