Pierzchala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. oil (salad)
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat egg.
Add milk and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Stir together with egg and milk mixture.
Add salad oil.
Fry in hot oil (drop by teaspoon); drain and cool.
Put some sugar in a paper bag; shake cooled Pierzchala in the bag to coat.
