Fruit Topping(Used For Dipping Fruit) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 whole eggs, beaten
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until thick.
    Stir constantly.
    Don't let this burn.
    Cool. Add cream (whipped) before serving.
    Dip strawberries, fresh pineapple, apples, grapes, etc. into topping and enjoy.
