Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 top round steak (about 1 1/2 lb.), cut 1-inch thick
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. bottled steak sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
    Pierce steak all over deeply with a fork; place in shallow non-metal dish.
    Make marinade.
