White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 4 cups flour, sugar, dissolved yeast and salt.
    Heat milk, butter and water until warm.
    Stir into dry ingredients.
    Stir enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cover; let rise until double, 10 minutes or more.
    Keep in warm place out of draft.
