Fried Fish Country Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any frying fish (any amount)
    seasoning salt
    pepper
    about 1 c. white corn meal (water ground if available)
    cooking oil or lard
Preparation
    To prevent curling, score each piece of fish on ends with a sharp knife, about an inch between each cut.
    Wash, then pat dry excess water, using a paper napkin or towel.
    Season each piece lightly on both sides with a mixture of seasoning salt and pepper.
