Honey Oatmeal Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. oats
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
Preparation

Combine boiling water, oats, honey, margarine and salt.
Stir until melted.
Add sour cream.
Cool until lukewarm.
Soften yeast in warm water.
Add yeast, eggs and 2 cups flour to oat mixture. Beat until smooth.
Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Place in greased bowl.
Cover and let rest 20 minutes.
Divide in half, shape each half into a loaf. Place each in a greased loaf pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator 10 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on racks.
