Crunchy Chicken Or Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs
    3 c. corn flakes
    2 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Remove skin from thighs.
    Remove bone and fat.
    Pound meat thin, wet chicken.
    Mix corn flakes, paprika and pepper in plastic bag and crush.
    Coat chicken, place on large shallow pan.
    Pour oil on top of each piece.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until done.
