Cheeseburger Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. milk
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Add celery, onion and green pepper and cook until tender.
    Blend flour and salt.
    Add crushed bouillon cube and milk.
    Cook and stir over low heat until thick (approximately 1 hour).
    Add cheese.
    Cook and stir only until cheese melts. Serves 4 to 6.
