Mimi'S Spanish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. or more cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk or 1 Tbsp. vinegar in 1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix into large portion of mixture.
    Pour into greased pan. Top with smaller 1 cup mixture saved back for topping. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan.
