Apple Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecan meats
5 c. shredded apples

Preparation

Cream together eggs, sugar and Wesson oil.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix thoroughly with other ingredients. Bake in oven preheated to 300\u00b0 about 1 hour in large loaf pan (tube pan.)
