Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stouffers spinach souffle
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
Preparation

Remove souffle from package and cut in half.
Microwave in small bowl on medium heat 2 to 5 minutes.
Add bread crumbs to spinach.
Add thyme and salt.
May also add garlic, if desired. Chop the mushroom stems and add to spinach mixture.
Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and then sprinkle with cheese. Place the caps around the sides of a microwavable baking dish. Microwave on Medium for 3 to 4 minutes.
