Welsh Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and baking soda together.
Add raisins to dry mixture.
Cream sugar, Crisco and butter until smooth.
Beat eggs and mix with milk.
Add eggs and milk to sugar.
Combine with flour mixture.
Will be firm dough.
