Italian Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pizza sauce (8 oz.)
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    2 lb. flounder fillets
    salt and pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Place fish in a single layer in well buttered 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Spread sauce mixture over fish. Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
    Return to oven just until cheese melts.
    Serves 8 with 288 calories per serving.
