Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. peach brandy
    1 pt. cognac
    1/2 pt. rum
    3 pt. milk (we like to add more milk)
    1 pt. cream
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat yolks until foamy.
    Slowly add liquor and sugar.
    Let sit 1 hour.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold egg mixture, milk, cream and egg whites together.
    Top with nutmeg; serve.
