Curious Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix (2 layers)
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 (5.3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg. caramels
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Press half mixture in a 9 x 14-inch pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes. Spread chocolate chips and pecans over mixture.
