June'S Okra To Can - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    okra (enough to fill a gallon jar)
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Slice enough okra to fill a gallon jar and put into a pan. Cover with warm water, vinegar and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Boil one minute, no longer.
    Take off heat and put into 2 quart jars and fill with broth from okra.
    Seal with hot seals.
