Herbed Lentils And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. broth
    3/4 c. lentils
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. brown rice
    1/4 c. white rice
    1/4 c. cooking wine
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Combine broth, lentils, onion, uncooked rice, wine and seasonings.
    Shred 1/2 cheese, add to above mixture.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2-2 hours, until lentils and rice are done.
    Stir twice during cooking.
