One Crust Pie Shell(9-Inches) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/3 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift
    flour
    and salt together.
    Cut in shortening with pastry blender until size of small peas.\tSprinkle water over mixture while tossing quickly with fork, until particles stick together. Form into smooth ball.
