Jeri Buck'S Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. uncooked chicken breast, diced in cubes
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. diced onion
2 cans Contadina pasta ready diced tomatoes (in olive oil, garlic and spices)
1 can kidney beans
3 cans chicken broth
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. extra spicy Mrs. Dash
Preparation

Skim fat off chicken broth and put in large pot.
Add mixed veggies, onion, kidney beans, elbow macaroni, basil and Mrs. Dash. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and chicken and bring to a boil again. Simmer 10 minutes. Better the second day!
Serves 6 to 8.
