Bill'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. medium potatoes, peeled and boiled
    4 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
    1/2 c. fresh chopped onion (preferably red)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 c. Kraft French dressing
    1 c. Kraft Thousand Island dressing
    1 c. Kraft Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Drain the potatoes well and mash all ingredients except eggs and paprika while potatoes are still hot.
    Chop 3 eggs and stir in with a spoon.
    If mixture seems dry, add salad dressing until desired consistency is reached.
    Slice the fourth boiled egg and spread around top.
    Dust top with paprika.
